Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals that mean the full treatment cannot be carried out will result in the deposit being lost. A new deposit will be required to re book.
